Your Florida LLC name must:

  • Include "Limited Liability Company," "LLC," or "L.L.C."

  • Not imply government affiliation

2Appoint a Florida Registered Agent

Your Florida Registered Agent must:

3File Articles of Organization

File with the Florida Division of Corporations:

4Create an Operating Agreement
